QUALITY POLICY
COMPANY TRICORR Sp. z o. o. operates in accordance with the established Quality Policy, where the most important elements are meeting the requirements of customers and guaranteeing the highest quality of the products offered.
The guarantee of meeting the highest quality is the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system based on the requirements of the following standards:
- PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management Systems
- PN-EN ISO 3834:2007 Quality requirements for the welding of metallic materials
Our Quality Policy and goals are:
- Excellent cooperation and increasing the level of customer satisfaction,
- Obtaining and maintaining a high position on the market by adapting to the needs and expectations of customers,
- Meeting the requirements resulting from legal regulations, standards and directives.
We obtain the “QUALITY” required and declared to the customer by:
- Satisfying customer needs through continuous improvement of products,
- Improving the working environment and infrastructure as well as technical equipment to meet the needs of the company based on the development of science and technology,
- Continuous improvement of the qualifications of our company’s employees,
- Periodic assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of the adopted policy and the assumed goals, as well as the entire quality management system.
As the President of the Management Board of TRICORR Sp. z o. o. I undertake to continuously improve the Quality Management System and provide the funds necessary for its proper functioning, and I oblige all employees to implement the Quality Policy and to actively support the functioning and improvement of the Quality Management System.
